The staff were polite and responsive to my needs, particularly in providing prompt assistance with my exhibition setup. the location is excellent, with easy access to local shops and the beach, making it convenient for both work and leisure activities.

WiFi connectivity was weak, impacting work efficiency.

The pet-friendly environment is great, but noise from young adults was disturbing.

The hotel's convenient location made it easy for us to explore the beautiful Bournemouth beach, and the live music added a delightful touch to our dining experience.

My husband and I had a lovely stay with a clean, comfortable room and friendly staff who were always ready to help. We could easily walk to the stunning Lower Gardens in under 15 minutes and explore the vibrant Bournemouth Beach just a bit further.

the roundhouse has clean bedding that felt bearable during our stay. the staff were pleasant and accommodating. plus, it's great if you're looking for a place close to the beach and shops.

Needs a serious makeover!

The location was solid, just a short walk to the cliff and town. The room was honestly kinda shabby, and the duct tape holding things together was a bit much. Staff were fine but looked a bit over it. WiFi was weak, but the bar area had nice vibes. The price didn’t match the quality at all.

Had a lovely time soaking in the hot tub and enjoying the cozy fire pit during my stay. There were plenty of chill spots to just kick back and relax. The only thing was that my room could've used a bit more lighting, but overall it was a great experience! 😊
